Carpet fibres, dyes, backing and floor moisture sensitivity determine suitability. We choose the method after assessment; delicate or moisture-sensitive carpets may be unsuitable for on-site wet cleaning.

This is on-site cleaning, not collection and washing at a separate facility. Carpet count, dimensions, material, soiling, floor suitability and access affect the quote. Share photos, dimensions and your district.
Some stains may remain. Drying depends on carpet construction, conditions and ventilation. The carpet should not be assumed ready for immediate use; drying and ventilation are discussed before the appointment.
