Our service covers interior surface cleaning, not mechanical, electrical or battery repairs, or certification that the vehicle is safe to drive.

Cleanable areas depend on the vehicle’s condition and a qualified technical assessment.
Accessible flooring and mats
Removal of mud and dirt from reachable surfaces. Underfloor insulation and concealed cavities require a separate technical assessment.
Boot and interior surfaces
Suitable mats, accessible boot surfaces and cleanable hard surfaces. Sensitive electronic areas are excluded.
Disassembly, replacement parts, underfloor access, mould treatment and specialist drying are not assumed to be part of standard cleaning. Cleaning does not remove hidden flood damage or certify driving safety.

Questions about flood-affected vehicle cleaning
Can every flooded vehicle be cleaned?
Damage and technical safety must be assessed first. Some upholstery or insulation may require replacement. Photos cannot establish vehicle safety.
Will odours disappear and how long will drying take?
This depends on contamination, exposure time, materials and access. We do not promise complete odour removal or a fixed drying time; concealed moisture requires separate assessment.
Is steam cleaning suitable?
The method is selected for technically suitable surfaces and materials. Steam is not appropriate for every surface, electronic component or type of flood damage.
Is same-day service available throughout Istanbul?
We have a team in Istanbul. Availability depends on district, safe access, working space and scheduling; we do not guarantee same-day service in every district.
