Specify general home cleaning separately from sofa or carpet cleaning. Rooms and surfaces define home cleaning, while item counts, fabrics and carpet dimensions define upholstery work. For a combined request, we first agree the order of work.
Mamak requests can include more than one surface. Specify which items need cleaning and which should be left untouched. Photos help define the proposed work; the final method depends on material suitability.
What is assessed?
Fabric, care-label and stain assessment
Sofa seats, backs, arms and accessible seams
Separate scope for cushions, pillows and armchairs
Carpet material, backing and floor suitability
Agreement on ventilation and reuse conditions
Kärcher equipment and cleaning products are used. The method is selected for the material.
What affects the price?
Item counts and dimensions, fabric type, stain history, requested extras and access conditions affect the quote. Share your neighbourhood and photos so we can agree the total scope and price before an appointment. Extra work is discussed separately.
Carpets are cleaned at your address. Collection, factory washing and delivery are not offered as part of this service. Material and flooring must be suitable for the process. Old stains and permanent discolouration may remain. Drying depends on fabric, filling and ventilation; no fixed drying time is guaranteed.
Is my appointment confirmed when I request a quote?
No. Share your full address, district and preferred date. Availability and the final scope are agreed with you; a request is not a confirmed booking.
Can I combine different cleaning services?
Yes, include each requested service in your item list. Material suitability, the order of work, pricing and appointment availability are assessed separately.
How should I prepare the working area?
Tell us about entry rules and equipment access. Remove fragile belongings. Water, electricity, working space and ventilation requirements are agreed before the visit; heavy furniture moving is not automatically included.
